- Courier Shipping paid for according to the weight of the parcel (paid by money transfer or credit card)
- Shipping costs for purchase value over PLN 2200 are covered by SOUL-KOZAK

Returns are accepted only if the purchased goods have never been used, have the original package and are returned complete (i.e. with all accessories). The money for returned goods will be transferred within 7 business days to a bank account number provided by the Buyer. Return costs are covered by the Buyer.
Complaints concerning goods damaged during shipping will be examined only on the basis of the complaint form filled out in the presence of the delivery messenger. If incorrect goods have been shipped by SOUL-KOZAK, the total shipping costs of the returned goods are covered by SOUL-KOZAK. ATTENTION: check the contents of the parcel in the presence of the delivery messenger!!! All returns and complaints should be sent to the address provided in the Seller’s contact data.
